stormy's photo threead <3

Made Iris a quilt, pillow, and top today!! The top ended up really funky looking,  but for a first try i'm real happy with it.
I'm super pleased with the quilt though- it and the top make for a real sweet bedtime scene. Still, i'd like to make a new 'mattress' to replace the black one the bed came with. it looks a lil weird next to her pastels.

Next up, i'll probably retry that top and make her some bottoms to go along with them

that is a really cute quilt. have you made other stuff before?

Not much! I'm really busy, and its a little hard to make time for sewing, ehehe..

I do plan on making her a cute Yukata soon though! so stay tuned!

not a yukata, but i got a sundress done! I'd like to make a pair of matching sandals, too :3

She's really cute!! I love the lace waist on that dress! For the mattress, if you wanted to save some time, you could just wrap the existing one in white fabric and pin it maybe.

ohh, very smart!however, i think the black would still peek through- it wouldnt stain her but it might looks weird 😛

Yeah, you'd probably have to use several layers, and at that point it might be easier to just sew a white one, open the black and put its guts in the white one, lol!
