Valentine's Day Event (Photo Story)

I hope that posting this is okay~ ♥ My dolls participated in the Valentine's Day swap, and I really wanted to write a little photo story--even though I'm not very good at it. I hope it's at least somewhat amusing! I took the pictures at night and indoors, so the lighting and what-not isn't the best; I don't currently have any kind of setup. It will have to do!

 

A large box from Hobby Link Japan has arrived at our house...but I haven't ordered anything from HLJ!

 

 

Clover: Hmm, what's this package?

 

 

Thistle: That's weird! I didn't order anything from HLJ yet... e_e

 

 

MilkyTea: ...Yet? >_>

Clover: Oh! Miss Alice, this parcel arrived with your name on it!

MilkyTea: Ooooh, I hope it's from the forum~! Let's gather the troops and open it!

 

 

Thistle: ...Maybe I'll have my order shipped to the boy's name. Tee hee hee~ ♥

 

 

 

 

Claire: Free at last!!!

 

 

Claire: Hahaha--Mimi, you're bald! XD

 

 

Mimi: What? o_o

 

 

Mimi: Oh... u_u

All Dolls: TO THE WIG BOX!!!!

 

 

*magical sparkles*

 

 

Claire: You look better with hair, Mimi. X3

 

 

MilkyTea: Girls, I signed our household up for a Valentine's Day secret swap~ I'm pretty sure this is the box, and it will have a gift for one of you!

Clover: Oh my, I wonder which one of us it will be?

Thistle: I hope it's you, sweet sister. ^_^ ♥

 

 

MilkyTea: ...I think I spoke too soon! You're all getting Valentine's gifts!

(I love the "oh poop" message and the little drawing~! So cute!! I didn't let the dolls see, though, so they'd get to enjoy the surprise and secrecy.)

 

 

MilkyTea: Ooooh, stickers for me~ ♥

 

 

MilkyTea: Thistle and Clover, I think one of you should go first. Who should it be?

 

 

 

Thistle & Clover: Both of us, together.

 

 

Thistle: I hope you get something wonderful, Clover!

 

 

After much unwrapping and "oooh"ing and "aaaah"ing, the two sisters settled down to enjoy their gifts--tiny forget me not plants, eraser ice creams, heart-shaped notebooks, chocolate squares, and more!

Clover & Thistle: Thank you, secret Valentine! ♥

 

 

Clover: We can write in our matching notebooks together~

Thistle: Shall we share the pink chocolate first? ♥

 

 

MilkyTea: Now it's your turn, Claire!

Claire: Me? Yay~! ♥

 

 

Claire: The box is so cute that I don't want to open it!

MilkyTea: But the chocolate is inside, silly~

Claire: ...But it's cute...

 

 

Claire: I bet you're going to commandeer this container and use it for your lunch! >D

MilkyTea: ...I don't know what you're talking about... <_<

 

 

MilkyTea: The bear's jewelry is actually for you, dear. Did you want to wear any of it?

Claire: I don't want to take his pretty jewelry away! He's extra fancy like this!

Claire: Thank you so much, Valentine!

 

 

MilkyTea: Mimi, it's your turn next--and guess what? You are the "official" Valentine's Day girl!

Mimi: Really??? ^_^

 

 

Mimi: #^_^# ...I am overwhelmed. This may be too many presents. ...Did she think I was more than one doll?

MilkyTea: ...That seems unlikely... XD Let's go through the presents slowly.

 

 

Mimi: Look what I found in the purple heart case! Isn't it beautiful? I hope it wasn't in there by accident! o_o

Claire: Mimi, people don't put necklaces into cases and mail them to other houses by accident. u_u

Mimi: ...Alice, take another picture of it, please! Just in case it's missing!!!

 

 

MilkyTea: Mimi, it's very pretty, and it's very yours. No need to worry your little head. ♥

Mimi: Look! Alice! Look! I got a purse like all the pretty Dollfie Dream ladies have!!!

 

 

Mimi: If I have a purse like all the pretty Dollfie Dream ladies, does that mean that now I am a pretty Dollfie Dream lady?

MilkyTea: Hahaha--no, I'm fairly sure it doesn't work that way. X3

 

 

Mimi: Oh, darn. ;_;

Claire: ...Oh, Mimi... u_u

 

 

Mimi: ...I still think that maybe there are too many presents! o_o A pretty shirt, soooooo much candy, a Barbie, the pretty-and-potentially-lost-necklace, the purse, a big pink owl bag, pretty flowers, and even...a lambykins~ ♥ Whoever sent all of this to me must be a kind-hearted person indeed!

MilkyTea: I'm sure she is--be sure you say thank you!

Mimi: Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! ♥

Mimi: *whispering*...And please let me know if you lost that necklace. e_e

Claire: Mimi, give it a rest with the necklace!

 

 

Mimi: Isn't the lambykins darling~? #^_^#

Claire: He is indeed! Maybe he and my fancy bear will be friends!

 

 

It seems like they're all going to be up late tonight! It would be hard to sleep with all sorts of new things to admire and chat about.
