Could you mod a DDDY to have smaller boobs

my preferences outside vinyl dolls in clyde pear shaped body types and it would be really cool if i could have a dddy doll that reflects this with a small or even xs bust and the larger hips 

Yes, you can mod a dd bust onto a dddy. There are already some threads on this.
