Can I hire artists to create custom Dollfie Dreams?

So basically, I'm wondering if I can find the right artists to make Custom Dollfie Dreams based on Chocola and Vanilla from Nekopara Vol. 4.

Is this possible?  I know I'd need someone for custom heads / faceups, and someone else to make the clothes.  Is there anyone who takes commissions for doll outfits like this?  Then they have tails and ears.  Could magnets be added to the head (like SD FCS has an option)? 

Basically, if I throw enough money at the right people, can I make this picture into Dollfie Dreams?  Or it is not really feasible?  Please let me know what you think, and give me your advice!  Thank you so much!  >_<

I don’t see why you couldn’t, but it might be hard to get them to look exactly the way you want.

FYI Fairyland made officially licensed BJDs of these two. They might be hard to find on the aftermarket, but they’re out there.

I got a BJD costume designer to work on a custom for me while I did the faceup myself to save on costs...

I would recommend bjdream_sells on Instagram as they work really quickly and very attentive to detail!

I think @InMoreShines here on the forum offers not just faceups but also fullset commissions.
