Doll scale patterned fabrics?

I specifically want something like a tiger or a leopard print faux fur for making ears and tails for my dolls, but the problem is, everything I'm finding is a huge scale print for human-scale clothing or accessories. Does anyone know of a good place to look for doll scale patterned fabrics, specifically faux fur?

When planning ahead with my Karos project I came across this company that has different styles en prints of fake fur. I actually have no (not yet) experience from them. But they kept my attention because they operate from the same country I live. 
They do prints on request but that turns out very expensive if you can’t share it with others that wants the same print. If I read correctly the print will then be available for other customers. Maybe there is a print with a smaller scale in their shop because it has been requested at some point in the past. 
The scrap and cutout boxes have an interesting price. It might be something to keep an eye on.

You might also look into Spoonflower - they custom print people's designs onto fabric, and they do have minky available, which is a soft plush. Typing 'small scale' and 'small tiger' into their search box returns lots of options.

You could even make your own design and have them print it for you, or ask one of the designers to make you a suitably small design.
