New MDD DDH-28 and DDH-29

That was…. frustrating to say the least. Do they restock standard heads regularly or will we be waiting til next year for the to come back into stock?

All the normal stock heads have stock replenish regularly so I would assume that new ones would be as well 🤔

 

I was able to purchase both of the heads, but it was super difficult. I had to try to do checkout 3 times, always running into "overcrowded" issue after confirming my payment... Surprised that the new heads were limited to 1 pp. 

 

I see that only semi white ddh29 is sold out, they are still available in flesh. 

Is semi white far more popular than flesh?

I have a semi white DDH 28 in my cart but also need the DDH29 in semi white as well for another character.

the DDH28 semi white is low in stock too, maybe they were more popular because the samples are semi white?

 I signed up late and while the site was being tricky and at some point in reloading it switched my country address back to Japan. So now I’m waiting for volks to fix it before I order but idk if they will do it in time. 

I’m hoping they restock sooner rather than later though.

Yes, semi-white is the most popular skin tone in Japan. Most customs you'll find on yahoo actions will be in this skin tone as well. (Which is frustrating for me, considering I mostly own flesh bodies 🤣)

Damn, maybe I should get a semi white body next time 😅 but I have all available hands for mdd in flesh already 🤣😅

Didn't know that it was more popular in Japan! 

I ended up finally grabbing both heads on the second round that they were available, found someone to do the faceups. Now I’m at the cross roads of figuring out how to make follow eyes, wigs, and whether or not I just do the MDD bodies or the Obitsu 45 male white bodies. 
 

Is the coloring that off with Obitsu and Dolfie?

I'd like to know how they'd look on a DD body, proportions-wise.
