Skygirl Posted October 24 Angelic Layer was one of the earliest manga series I read as a pre-teen/teenager. I turned out to be a big CLAMP fan. I really enjoyed the anime as well, and I thought its version of the story's ending was better too. I guess I've always pictured the dolls as about 12 inches in 1/6 scale. Now that I have my first 27 cm Obitsu Noelle, I picture them as her size. Lately, I have the urge to pose Noelle sitting on my arm like the series artwork 😅. Takara actually made dolls out of Hikaru and Shiraime, but I personally didn't like the way they looked from the few pictures I've seen. However, they might appeal to other people. I was a bit surprised at the pace so I’m looking forward to seeing what other things they cover. It was cool to see a doll event covered already - that’s something Doll Oji hasn’t gotten to yet, so I’m hoping when it does it’s a little more in-depth.
