Sailor Venus+ school uniform price?

One of my grails is Minako and I came across her today for around 1.6kusd with the uniform shipped, ears pierced in A-/A condition.
(there's apparently a small mark that's not really visible on her forehead covered by her hair).

And although really tempted I feel maybe I'd be able to find her for a bit less?
The DD itself is well priced, it's just that the conversion rate for me+ shipping overseas kills the pricing unfortunately.
I looked around y!Auctions and so far I've only found her for 150k yen, which with shipping is about the same price and w/o the uniform.

So I was hoping for advice on how much would be a fair price for her and her uniform. I don't mind paying market price, I just don't want to overpay
and see one later one for much less. 1.6k is also definitely out of my budget at this time.. and I think my absolute DD limit is 1.2-1.4kusd.

With the uniform the price is probably correct. Rei & Ami were easier to get so their price is lower. Venus is rare, and I haven't seen Jupiter for sale in a long time.

I would expect the uniform alone to be in the $150 - $250 range owing to its limited nature and association with a specific character / popular series.

Thank you for the response! I did the math and when she came out it was about 900usd-1k to buy her with uniform so the price increase makes sense..
I guess I'll just have to save, look for her w/o the uniform or hope I can find her for a bit less ^^;

With the exchange rate being what it is, you may not find her any cheaper than you can currently get her. ¥150,000 is about $1,000, and that's about as cheap as I'd expect to see her. If you see her on YJA for that, I'd probably jump on it.

Oh no, that was sold listings unfortunately.. 
The listing I saw was for 1.6kusd with the uniform.
I'd also like to wait for Aqua to be honest in case she gets made, what with 9S, Y'sthola, Utena and Anthy in the same year I can only afford so much. lol
