The one on the right is from Dollhearts!  The left is M+V Dolls

@rudebuster and I got two Imomodoll 肉肉 Cream bodies for our Dollfie Dream hybrid heads mostly for a stand-in for Chimikko bodies until they become wildly available, since they're supposed to have similar dimensions—ssh, and I think they work pretty well. The vinyl is a bit squishier than the Volks' vinyl, for comparison, and admittedly, I'm having a bit of trouble finding shoes that fit their thicc feet. But other than that, if anyone's looking for something similar, I think it works well!

I will have to say, although I ordered directly from Dolk.jp, they didn't have them in stock and had to order from the manufacturer. Which, honest to God, took FOREVER. Taking the second-hand route may have been the better choice, but we needed two of them, so we knew that was going to be a bit difficult. But they're here now!

Just gotta find some shoes that fit, haha...

Just put this Cutie Pie on Preorder over at AmiAmi for my Birthday Month in 2025 (Jan.)

 

She will be my Second 1/4 Girl... my very First one being a Banned Doll from a Banned Brand

that is so similar-looking to this Girl,

that, with an Eye, Wig and Clothing Swap, this Imomodoll "Mayoko"

should come out looking pretty much exactly like my "Illegal" Butter Hunnie "Yuna"

but with an appreciable step forward in overall Body and Facial quality gained.

 

Hopefully, this will mean that i'll finally be able to Share Her on these boards.

 

She Truly is ♥Adorable♥ to me even as she currently is...

and this "Upgrade" is certain to bring her a significant step farther still in that direction...

I recently ordered an Imomo doll Miko! She should be here in a few days -- I am hoping to make her into a tiny Frieren  Depending on how I feel about her when she gets here, I might be ordering more dolls to make into Marcille from Dungeon Meshi and Elf/Sui from Uncle from Another World.

I'm considering getting a 1/4 mimi body and was curious if anyone knew if the DD mochi-ashi full bodysuit would fit it? And if not if anyone knew of a good bodysuit for for the body as the character I wanna use the body for tends to wear darker colors and I wanna avoid staining. ty :))

I have the boy body and it fits the volks 1/4 (MDD) bodysuit perfectly also obitsu makes bodysuits for 40 cm and 45 cm body as well. These fit too.

Has anyone on here been successful at finding boyish and/or gender neutral clothing for the flat chested body? I'm currently at a loss for what to clothe my new boy in, as all I seem to be able to find that could fit are frilly dresses and underwear.

I've never had any problems finding clothes for my 1/4 scale boys at all. Your best address is in general taobao. nine9style is also a good shop for boy clothes, but a bit on the expensive side.

I forgot to share my Imomodoll Apsu which I customized into Mew Ichigo.

My Whole-Month-early ♥Yuna♥ (Little Fry Cook Mayoko full set) came in today from Ami Ami!!!

 

 

i already had a Wig and full set of Undies all ready for her... taken from the "illegal" Recast/Bootleg DBS "Match Girl"

that was technically my Very First 1/4 Anime-style Doll;

Custom-Painted Lip-Detailing~

Dismantled the radial-disc-joints in her knees and ankles, and coated both sides of each inner-disc with PVC tape (White, SCOTCH "Super 35")

and, while she still isn't exactly Firmly Anchored to the Ground in the way that her previous, Heavyweight Solid-Bodied DBS Match Girl iteration was,

her Legs are now quite firm all the same, and fully capable of supporting her mass just fine~

Not an altogether terrible way to spend Thanksgiving; toiling away on refining my little Fairy-Hunnie~

i built upon the success of tightening her leg joints, by stuffing the lower legs with Polyfil batting, refined her Lip-work,
and coated her Eye-chips in a couple layers worth of TAMIYA COLOR gloss Clear-Coat;

 Something kept Bugging me about her... then, at the eleventh hour, it Clicked; her Eyelashes!!!

Managed to finally figure her Body all out!! she has a much more natural stance now...
and can finally better support her weight generally. She is so Precious♥

I want them (and the new girl head) so so badly, but I already have several Imomodoll heads that need painting, so I'll have to wait. I know Jane's Dolland has the new heads for sale, but I dunno if they're presale or in stock.

I did talk about them a bit in the other Imomo thread, I've got them both waiting in my superbuy warehouse, haha. I just can't say no to cute sculpts like this for that price, even with so many heads already at home that need painting ...
