Mari has set up a work station for a secret science project!

 

Mari: "Unit 5, is your upgrade functioning properly?"

 

Unit 5: "All tests come back positive, Mistress."

 

M: "This special upgrade will allow you to collect the sample I need to begin the experiment!"

 

Kudo: "Oooh! This looks cool!"

 

Kudo reaches out to touch the crystal skull...

 

M: "Oh, hey, Kudo."

K: "Gah!"

 

K: "You caught me..."

 

M : "Actually, I'm glad I caught you! I could use your help!"

 

K: "And then I can look at the skull?"

 

M: "Sure. All I need you to do is distract Aoi..."

 

M: "While my little friend here collects a blood sample. Do you think you could do that for me?"

 

K: "That's all? OK. But why do you need some of Aoi's blood?"

 

M: "You'll see. I think I saw Aoi hanging out with Kanu. Operation Blood Sample begin!"

Haha! A blood sample? I have a feeling this isn't going to end well for at least one of the involved parties. The question is, will the bad ending be for Aoi or for Mari?

 

And of course Agatha approves, and especially applauds the samplebot. Maybe I shouldn't let her see part 2 in case it gives her ideas.
