About clothing manufacturing

I am interested in finding information on how to get doll clothes manufactured. What are some good manufacturing companies to work with where would I start really with this process. I am aware that you need designs which I do have some. Just can’t seem to figure out where I start and what is the process like. Does anyone have some hands on experience to share about this. Please and thank you 😊 

I'm not familiar with in-factory manufacturing (I assume that's what you mean?), but if you're only looking to get a few solo outfits made, it might be easier to find an independent seamstress who would be able to do it on commission, or an atelier / seamstress group that could do a few designs at once.

From what I've seen, aside from big dollmakers, it seems like most doll clothing makers are groups of seamstresses working under a label, if they're not independent artists. I could be wrong though.

I'm not really sure if there are clothing manufacturing companies/factories that are open to public orders and work in doll scales, but you could probably look on Alibaba for a manufacturer that fits that description to start. It's an easy website to use to find manufacturers and I've seen people in other creative circles use it (such as illustrators who look for merchandise manufacturers through this way).
