average shipping prices from cool cat?

thinking of doing an order from Cool Cat for a few things (aluminum joint reinforcements, underwear because marisa's set didn't come with any, etc) and ive noticed they don't give you an estimation for the cost of shipping when you're checking out. does anyone from the US have experience ordering from them/know which option would be cheapest (between air mail, ems, dhl, and fedex)? thanks for any help with this
