What fits MDD? (vintage dolls edition)

I'm going through some of the more vintage-styled patterns available on Etsy, trying to figure out which ones would be easiest to resize to fit my MDD (M bust). The clothes I'd like to use most come from patterns for dolls like Cissy (too large) and some of the Miss Revlon girls. Have any of you had luck finding 1930s-1950s patterns that would fit MDDs with a little alteration?
