Sometimes they tuck those into the instruction bag, or tape them onto the bottom of the accessory trays. They tend to come in a small bag so it can be easy to miss. My one’s earring pins were not with the earrings but actually with the main dress from memory (or maybe the instructions). If they really are missing you can try contacting Volks? However Towa is totally smitten with new arrival Kazuha so we're in no particular rush for Yor.
