If it's the lower body, which it looks like, you need to buy the external lower body piece, which comes with the frame. This is probably a stupid question, but can you squeeze the piece that's split back together? If so, maybe you could put some tape around it as a temporary solution? I'd go with an epoxy like JB PlasticWeld. I use their KwikWeld a lot and it works really well. Just mix, apply to both surfaces, and squeeze. While it cures for the first five minutes, you should be able to wipe any excess that oozes out when you squeeze it. After you hold it for five minutes it should be set, but I'd clamp it with something like a clothes pin for an hour. After being glued, the post might not slide easily into the lower frame but you can just sand it a bit. You don't want to over sand, so use a fine grain paper around 600 grit, sand just a little, then try the fit.
