How do you format address for VolksJP?

Recommended Posts

Babywem

Hi! Sorry this is my first time posting here and also my first time ever pre ordering dolls from volks so sorry if this is an obvious question that I'm not understanding! I want to pre order the Rin and Len dolls from the JP store since they can also ship to the US from my understanding? It's a lot cheaper than ordering from VolksUSA but I'm unsure of how to write my address in the address line? Another thing I wanted to ask was I've seen another post say that I don't need to enter my zip code in the postal code field and instead should write my zip code in the address field?
Would the correct format for a US address in the address 1 field be "street address, city, state, zip code" then? And also do I need to clarify US in the address if the country information at the top already says USA? I'm sorry if this is a dumb question I'm just very worried that I might not type it in correctly and that it won't come to my address, especially for something as expensive as this.

I have the street, apartment number, city, and state, all in address line one.

For some reason the postal code breaks things when you enter the zip in that field. If you enter it in address 2, Volks will move it to the postal code field and everything will work fine. I forget if you need to say "postal code: 12345", or if you can just enter the code.

The difference between Dollfie Dreams and Heroin? Heroin is illegal, Dollfie Dreams probably should be.

I had no troubles with the postal code, but I'm from EU, so maybe that's the reason?

Other than that, I have everything else in Address line 1 as well: Town, Street X. I just realized I never even put my state/region, but it's not usually included in addresses in my country.

Also, I don't think you would have to re-specify your country.

Iirc the issue causes checkout to fail, assuming something in their system doesn't like manually entered US zip codes.

Thank you! I just ordered and only typed the postal code in address 2 without saying "postal code: xxxxx" so I hope it comes safely!
