Cancelling preorder

Heya,

I was thinking of cancelling my preorder for Kaito, but I don't know if my money gets refunded or not.

There's a pop-up when I try to cancel on Volks, but it's in Japanese and I can't translate it as well.

Would anyone know the terms for cancelling Kaito?

I Can only speak about 2B which was just a 10k yen deposit if i recall correct, and cancelling meant forfeiting the deposit, as it was specified non-refundable. (And i know because i cancelled my order)

I just tried to cancel it, and it said I couldn't cancel it due to it being prepared for shipping.

Guess I'll be getting him either way 😅

If you don't want him he'll probably be easy to resell. I've seen a lot of people on FB who are sad about missing his preorder.

I think you can only cancel during the time the preorder is open.

Yes, and I'm pretty sure the current terms are you forfeit your deposit if you do.

Yeah, that's my plan. I'll put him up once I get him.

He's cute, but I realised I don't like boy dolls much.
