She's a firm believer in technology and scoffs at magic as being the gullible and ignorant not understanding natural phenomena (which is going to be interesting as another of my characters is indeed a sorceress). Don't need any world-destroying abominations against nature running loose or something. XD As for the outfit, it's lovely! Elegant enough I can see her wearing it at some formal dinner, but just quirky enough that it feels like she's scoffing at the formality at the same time. Fabulous piece!
