HELP! What doll is this?

So I saw this recently on Chocobana_BJD via Instagram, and their a wonderful face up artist but only speak Taiwanese and I'm currently still waiting for a response asking this same question, but if anyone could lead me to where I could find this head, what bodies can it fit, it's brand etc etc, as I'm only familiar with DD and SD to be honest! This is super new to me!
I love the head sculpt so much, because of those point ears!! They remind me of an Inkling from Splatoon, and to make my own little inkling? A major need!

I actually wanna ask, as resin dolls are COMPLETELY different grounds for me, where can I find this brand? Are there any stores that sell this brand specifically? They seem super hard to find!

PenginWorkshop on Etsy has carried them in the past, although they don't have any right now. (Looks like the last preorder was in April 2022.) The shop is worth keeping an eye on, since their wigs are of good quality!

Other than that, though, I can't seem to find a shop. They're probably available on taobao, but that's not in my wheelhouse. ^^;
