Doll wigs among other things

Not sure if this is the right place to put this.

But have you ever stop and counted how many doll wigs you have, or some other item and realize you have a lot of that item.

I stop counting after 120 doll wig.

But for some reason i have very few shoes.

That’s a lot of wigs! 😂

Shoes seem like the hardest accessory to make, which is probably why the selection seems quite limited and expensive for what you get. I also have very few shoes and am not satisfied with what’s available 😕

I have 3 containers of wigs and no clue how many are in there.  I swear I don't plan to buy them, they just kind of show up.  Maybe they're like Tribbles and multiply on their own in close quarters?  😄 

Now shoes, I think I have way more shoes than wigs.  Every one of my girls has shoes or boots on and I still have a huge plastic bin full of them.  I also have 2 or 3 shoe fanatics in my doll family so I'm sure that's why I have so many.  😉

I also do not have even remotely enough shoes. But socks? Everyone is rocking one and often two pairs. Is this because of lack of shoes?🧐

We don't have huge numbers of wigs, but everybody seems pretty satisfied with their lot (except for Kaito 😡).

Shoes were in short supply but a couple of months ago we bought a tonne of pairs from Volks. AliExpress used to be OK for OK quality shoes, but they jacked up their prices and we have to pay 20% VAT so they're no longer competitive. It's kind of a metaphor for China's economy right now.

The Volks shoes are awesome but the downside is doll shoes don't seem to last that long, but it's much the same with human shoes.

One thing that has helped is if buying Volks outfits on the secondary market we prioritise any outfits that come with shoes.

I only have a lot of wigs bc I need wigs for different sizes ranging from 6/7 inch to 9/10 inch 😅. I also like the fancy dealer outfits mostly so I don't have that much clothes due to how much each clothes set cost lol

I need to update my airtable so that I have overview of all doll stuff I have so that I'm not getting something similar to what I already have ^^; I just went through all my stuff yesterday and so many times I'm just wondering when did I get this and where did this come from lol
