I signed sometime ago, and forgot that I didn't do an intro! Bad me!

 

I'm also atrika on DoA! I recently got acquired a DDS Ms. Mariko, so excited but so anxious, afraid to get her out of plastic! A long time ago I had a Yukino for awhile,

but got frustrated and sad when stain starts to form. I thought DDs aren't for me, but everytime I look at owner pictures or new ones coming out, it just drives me crazy!

 

So wish me good luck with my Mariko, and hope we make more friends in doll world!

There's lots of ways to help prevent staining, this forum is filled with all sorts of experienced DDers who have a collective wealth of knowledge when it comes to strategies to avoid them. ^_^

Have you tried using a body stocking? That may help prevent staining.

Hi and welcome to the forum. Don't worry you are not the only one afraid of stains...we all are, just have to be careful. I keep my dolls naked and stored when not playing with them...that is the only way I can relax!

I love your pink rabbit! yes she is still naked, still in the plastic she came in!

it's going to sound weird, i long to touch her skin and put wigs on her,

but because Mariko's skin is pretty white than Yukino,

i told myself to wait until i get protection! lol

i know im being silly and picky, am wondering if there's all over body stocking?

i found this one on ebay, im not sure if it fits since DDS is a lil shorter?

yes! im very glad that i found this forum! before this when i own a yukino, i only know DoA, and actually I feel very much alone and i dont know how i feel the pressure of playing with her and need to be careful all the time. im looking forward to learn more, and hopefully reading other people's post on their experiences and solutions would make me braver!

you are very right! because of cuteness, i took a plunge and was very super happy when i won mariko from volks jp! it is a lil more expensive from volks usa (i dont know why?)

 

when she arrived i was sucked into spirals of DD smiles! The SDs are never quite like them!
