Volks got back to me saying they'll replace my girls bust but I have to send the damaged one back. Oh well, just have to take her apart. I'm glad they're doing it. 

Guys, more or less when did you buy the doll? I bought it on January 14th on the jp site and still nothing, on the site it says in preparation for shipping, but I have not received any email, but I noticed that the delivery address written the right street, but all the information about the city and the country is missing, so I'm a bit paranoid.

Preparation for shipping means nothing on the jp site. Everything that's ordered but not shipped is "preparing for shipping". The address being incomplete is also quite normal, as long as the address was filled in correctly when ordering it, it should be fine. You can check this in your order confirmation email. Mine is also missing the country but I never had any issues. 

There haven't been any emails sent out yet for the jp orders. They said "fall" so I don't expect the emails to go out before end of september. 

The dolls that are arriving now is from the USA preorder. These were expected in summer instead of fall. So we just have to wait a bit longer.

Thank you very much, I remembered autumn, but selling all these dolls I thought they had changed something, I didn't know, and I thought, that the US ones were shipped before the Japanese ones, what strange stuff.

The US preorders were done during the preorders at Dollpa last year so that was a batch that was released earlier. The JP website had a different batch. So the release order was probably: The dolls bought at Dollpa, the dolls preordered at Dollpa (JP residents), dolls preordered on the US site, then lastly the JP site batch. 

Volks have announced shipping for Miku NT will start from Saturday 5th October. Saw this on X and they have also updated this on the website.

Hopefully she arrives in time for Halloween.

I hadn't been too bothered about the waiting, but now I know the date I feel a little more excited.

I mostly hope she arrives in time for my Miku concert 😍

I didn't expect her before November, so this is exciting

I picked up Miku NT at the LA Dolpa, so I can confirm that you're in for a treat, She's UberCute!! 

And, no, the "engrish" on her skirt will not be printed on it..

3 days left before the JP shipping supposedly starts. AAAAAHHHHH I am excited! 

Double post but MY MIKU IS SHIPPED!

The tracking doesn't yet work which absolutely freaks me out (it happened a few times before for JP post and in all those cases the parcel got lost) but I am keeping hope it'll start working later. I am quite sad they stopped using DHL though. 

I also just got an email to say my Miku has shipped. I'm also disappointed they have shipped with EMS and not DHL as I've had problems with EMS loosing things before and the process the UK postal service use for payment of import taxes isn't the fastest. Hopefully there are no problems. 🤞

Yeah same here. Tracking code is still not working, saying "not found". Normally it should say something like "label made" right...? I prefer DHL too, never had issues with them. But EMS. I am extremely stressed out right now and hopefully the tracking starts working soon.

I think it might be that the labels have been created and stuck to the boxes by Volks and they are waiting to be collected by Japan Post. I'd expect that once they have been collected and scanned into the JP system the tracking will get updated.

Hopefully 😅 I am a nervous wreck lol. I don't trust JP post one bit. I'll check again tomorrow, It's already past 8pm there so I don't think anything will change tonight.

Also got an email Friday to say my Miku has shipped, and today, Monday, the tracking is working...! I'm so excited~ ><! I also wish it was DHL...USPS here is...iffy.

Got the shipping email on Friday, paid her customs on Wednesday and she arrived today! Will wait for a friend to come over this weekend and then unbox her together. ✨

my Miku, according to the tracking left Japan on Monday 7th. I've not had an update since to even say she has arrived in my country. Hoping something updates by Friday or I will start to give up hope. Shame they used EMS, DHL would have delivered her by now.

Contact them, if the package is lost they should send a replacement.

Same, ours must have been on the same plane... :') 

I ordered mine through a proxy , so I'll probably have to wait another week for her to get from them to me.

Osaka normally dispatches very quickly, even with EMS, so the most likely scenario in which it isn't lost, is that it is stuck in customs on your end. I don't know about your local post, but with ours you can submit a tracking request.

I'm convinced she is in my country and is getting delayed at customs. I've been spoiled by all those 4 day DHL/Fedex deliveries.
