liliths Posted September 1, 2023 hi! i finally got my first resin doll! it is a 1/6 chubby body from sweetydoll (bought it from taobao!), the body feels very nice , but posing it is a little bit difficult since the joints are a little bit bouncy. i was wondering if anyone else on this forum has also gotten a sweetydoll?
AliceDoll Posted September 2, 2023 Can you elaborate what you mean by bouncy? I just looked them up and the faces are so cute!! They seem pretty affordable too!!

MoiBakaDesu Posted September 4, 2023 The sculpt of these really is very cute ... but yeah, literally the first thing I found when looking these up was also people talking about how they are not stringed tightly enough and that they are pretty floppy and hard to pose due to that. So restringing it might do the trick?
0bsequi0us Posted September 4, 2023 I have one of the 1/4 ones and the 1/5 one! They're very cute and affordable, but the engineering isn't the best 😅 I restrung mine and she's a little better, but I've found the joints make her sorta tricky to pose Pixel art by @PlasticJester ! It works pretty well!
