Volks membership?

Many moons ago I had a volks membership and even had a card... im interested in ordering Anya, and it said to have all your information up to date before the order period opens... but i dont know where my card is or if this is a different membership (i know they had like a global membership thing recentlyish) how do i find out what I am?

If you see the login button, after you login "My Page" replaces "Login".

You're on the Volks USA website. Membership GL/VS/VIP is a Volks Japan thing. Either way, you should not need membership to pre-order Anya. If you did, her sales page would have the GL/VS/VIP logos on it.

Long ago Volks USA sent membership cards with your first order.  They never seemed to serve any purpose though at least not for online orders.  If that's the card you're referring to you certainly don't need it nor any information from it.

For either site, having ‘membership info up to date’ it just means you having an account on the site at all and making sure the address etc are all accurate. It’s just a standard disclaimer and actually matters less for a preorder item like Anya since there’s so much time given to make the order and then again before she ships, meaning you have plenty of time to register if you weren’t already, and to update anything like an address change over the year.
I have heard in the past there have been people who, in the rush to order stuff, have had an incorrect address (Ie an old one), which really isn’t Volks’s fault, so that could be the reason for it.
