Has Volks discontinued its metal/wood-base stands?

I've been wanting to get a Volks wooden-base stand for display purposes for my DD for a while now but every time I check the Volks websites the wooden-base stands (of any size really) are just never in stock. I've been checking every few weeks for months now, maybe even half a year at this point.

I didn't see any news about those stands being discontinued, but now they don't even show the wooden-base stands at all in the product list (other than the Yo-SD one), just the center-type base without the actual stand/clasp/seat parts.

Have I just somehow missed every restock for months, is there some kind of material shortage going on? Or are the stands not being made anymore and I just missed the news?

I seem to recall reading that they were discontinued, but I don’t have a source. Haven’t seen them in-store in a while, and if they’re not on the website anymore then you’re out of luck, I’m afraid.

Yes, it appears that Volks has replaced the venerable wooden base and metal base stands with a new style, called simply "Dollfie Stand". The new one is made of metal, but has a gray finish rather than a chrome one. There may be other differences between the old and new metal stands, I'm not sure since I don't own them, but it appears there is no wooden option at all at the moment.

There's always the secondhand market. In addition to forums and YJ, secondhand stores like Mandarake will also carry wood stands if / when people turn them in for sale.
