Cazzie's Photo Thread

I have one for photo stories but not a thread for single photos or random snaps - so I thought it's time to change that! 

Sharing two photos to kick it off:

Firstly, we have Tsubaki in her new volks set (minus the socks) - I bought this for her before Christmas, but I couldn't disrupt her festive outfit, and after chilling in what Billy sent over for a few days, I let her sport this for a bit! I don't dress Tsu-chan in pink often, she's more of a red/blue girly, but she looks super sweet regardless!

Secondly, I decided to order a pink wig for Momo. The red wig was lovely, but part of me really wanted to keep her hair pink since it's true to her original character from the series. I love her default wig, but the curly bits were starting to unravel slightly so I didn't want to ruin it. I decided to opt for the same style as the red one she tried during her box opening, but in light pink. The wig was cheap but honestly so silky and soft and came with a free comb and headcap which I was not expecting! It most likely will not be her perma wig, but for now, I think she looks lovely  

Both of the girls are Pink Princesses!    Tsubaki is rocking that outfit, I love it on her!  And I agree that Momo looks best with pink hair.  That photo is adorable!

Thank you  Over the course of the day, I feel like this wig is too 'light' for Momo. Her faceup is quite bold and dark, so I'll pick up a coral wig from cool-cat come time and try that, but she's still a cutie  

Been a hot minute since I last posted so here's just a quick snap of Momo cosplaying Ranka Lee (since her head is almost here and they'll be body sharing and I couldn't wait anymore to try this outfit) I also put Momo back in her original wig. I should grab some kind of wax though to style it better. Anyone have any recommendations for wig styling products? 

I finally got a Ranka!!! Well, just her head, but that's the important part!!! My most wanted DD can be crossed off the grail list (because I'm never gonna find a Mio, lmao) - I don't have her wig yet so here she is sporting a red one and stealing Momo's body 

 

Big congrats on getting one of your grail girls!    She's definitely a cutie!  What's the plan for her body?  Are you going to go the default size route or get her something different?

I hope pics of Pureneemo's are allowed in this thread, but if not, I'll quickly oblige - but I probably won't post her much! Just wanted to share my first Pureneemo girly in my photo thread as she tries to claim the sweets I got in. I guess she lives up to her name 'ねずみ/Nezumi', haha. As established at the Zoom meet, she's an Aika, but beyond that I have no idea since I got her from a local doll meet attendee. She spoke to me, and now she lives here.... and already wants friends (I think her arm is broken, it keeps falling off, no idea how to fix it though...) BUT she's a little desk buddy when the bigger girls are too busy playing with each other to spend time with me

She’s from the Ex Cute series and has a profile here. Looks like Classic Alice Cheshire Cat Aika, but you can double-check her history here.

@Xiongmao and I think @plasticyears also collect these dolls, so you have some local friends.

Thank you  Her default setup was really cute! I imagine the outfit would be hard to find on the aftermarket though

I should really do an Azone family photo, but many of them are still boxed 🥵. Here's one of my Aikas. She's as old as time itself. Her legs often fall off, but as soon as I saw her I knew I had to have her.

I too have a Pureneemo desk buddy, and they rotate on a weekly basis. Blue Yuzuha has just had a busy week. I'm not sure who it will be next week as it's going to be another very hectic week.

She's really pretty! The photo is great too  big 'little mermaid' vibes  

I got my Imomodoll body in last week, but couldn't post my snaps of her until I got some eyes in. So we now have Hīragi joining the crew. A small little gaming nerd who I deffo need to get a laptop for fast. 

But next on the agenda, is getting Ranka a body!!!

Hahaah! A cutie! At least your shirt came in the right size!! I got sent the Yo-SD 1/6 version so the sleeves are super short and they couldn't do anything about it

Tsubaki suggested we take a picture for Easter, but then Hīragi took it a step further and introduced the girls to Purikura. After a while of the crew monopolizing my computer, they created this. Happy Easter All!!

Wow that's so cool. Are there any apps my dolls should install on their phone so they can make these?

Thanks! I think you could probably find some apps with a quick search but I don't know any off the top of my head I'm afraid ;-;

Haha thanks but I’m well aware of what purikura is (these things were outrageously popular when I first moved to Japan), I was just calling attention to the misspelling and wondering if they indeed meant purikura or if this was a new Japanese knockoff thing I wasn’t aware of.
