I really wish they were more available but we have to wait and see about Danny's whims I guess. I think having people on social media who are already big Smart Doll fans supporting it does seem to be helping, since we've seen him putting out stuff about new sculpts and asking for edits/input like he did with the pear body, though I doubt they will ever be a priority- though he could prove me wrong I suppose. I guess what I'd say is keep your fingers crossed but don't expect it, and don't expect it anytime soon, necessarily, but I'd say it's still a possibility. Danny has stated that he makes things he specifically likes for himself, but he's also said he likes fulfilling niches other dollmakers apparently don't (such as with the medical stuff, more body/skin diversity etc) so... there's a chance that as long as Volks or some other company doesn't suddenly decide to fulfill that niche themselves, that particular habit of his might make it work. But I guess we'll have to see. 1 Currently watching BNHA, 1-2 episodes behind on the anime rn and absolutely obsessed! (being in a fandom late has made dodging spoilers an issue tho ) More into Nendoroids and my resin BJDs rn- including some BNHA character shells hehehe - my Smartdolls are boxed up at the moment but I'm still happy to talk dolls and doll plans! NeeP Posted June 17 The last time boys were released on the site, they were kits, where the brave would cut the flashing off the vinyl themselves and assemble them onto the frames. I managed to snag a few of those. I also would love to see the boys re-released. I prefer male dolls over female, and while Imomodoll now fills the void for 1/4 vinyl boys, I prefer the more mature bodies. But for now, it is a game of wait and see. But here's hoping anyways.
