Reproduction of common breakable parts ( OB50 skeleton )

Hi All,

I gotten so annoyed of certain parts breaking and have started trying to reproduce them.... So far seems like adding the metal ring solves the "O" connector from splitting into half when the screw enters and expands the parts that join the foot. Does anyone know if there are already people making replacement parts or improving the common breakable sections?

The metal ring would prevent it from splitting but it only solves one part of the problem...
