Just a few common traits. Here are you can view some examples of what the old heads looked like. This one looks fairly clean on the inside though. @AveragePigeon Have you compared the ears? Often you can pick up on company-characteristics in how the ears are sculpted.

It is not SQ Labs, I'm about 90% sure. The nose is FAR too slim on every SQ Labs sculpt to match her nose. And the recast theory could make sense, if ANY sculpt matched the features. If anyone could find any that were similar, I'd have more faith in that theory but I've gone through every recast that I could find and none match. Again if anyone could find one that could even SLIGHTLY match, I'd believe it but I just don't know for sure given the fact it has very specific features that none of the recasted heads really seem to have. This one looks fairly clean on the inside though. @AveragePigeon Have you compared the ears? Often you can pick up on company-characteristics in how the ears are sculpted. I have compared the ears, it reminds me a lot of the After School Akihabara Girls (and other old DDs that had a more prominent ear from the front) molds to be honest minus the small bit at the top that is unlike any other ear I've seen on a resin of vinyl doll. It looks close to the DDH-07 ears except much lower on the head, you can see it here next to an 07. The resemblance is definitely there but there is enough differences between the two (especially in the ears, which again to me look to resemble a lot of the DDI and DDII era of ears) that I think it is sort of unlikely to be the same sculpt. Not sure how much this will help but I think that is part of the reason why a lot of the sculpts have been ruled out because of the profile view, especially with the chin and ears. I feel the chin has been sanded down a bit to get the point at the end but not positive on that. But I also am not sure which company it would be because the ears look (at least to me via pictures and not seeing it in person) kind of different on each side. Attaching pics of both sides to see if anyone will be able to identify it a bit better than me. It's the extra ridge at the top that makes it not match a lot of the DD heads I've seen but I may be missing something here.

It is not a super strong smell from what they have told me but does smell up close. Not at all. It feels similar squishiness to resin, as in not at all squishy. The smell isn't super strong, my friend said it smells vaguely like their garage kits when up close. It's likely resin. The inside looks like the interior of the parts of some worse quality resin kits I own. It won't be ABS, as that requires a completely different molding technique (injection molding) that is very hard to do without specific equipment and well-machined molds. If it had been done with ABS injection molding in someone's garage like with certain short-run model kits it would have shown, since the quality of garage injection molding tends to be horrendous (ill-fitting parts, sink marks, rough surface, etc.).
