Who is on your want list?

My super holy grails are Yuki Morikawa, Rina Ogata, and Sakura Amimiya. Unfortunately none are likely to happen lol.

My more attainable want list includes:

-DD Moe: very sentimental as she was the first dollfie dream I ever saw and I absolutely fell in love with her and dollfie dreams in general. Too bad all the ones I see listed on Mandarake are either out of budget or have a broken internal frame. I always keep an eye out when I have have the funds though!

-DDS Karin: I think she's super cute and I might get her one day, but her price + the fact I would want to get her different eyes and wig and maybe an altered faceup keep me at bay for the foreseeable future

-MDD Liliru: Currently the only one I'm actually planning on buying in the future, probably for my birthday or if I can land a new job. Would love to see her in a gothic lolita/pastel goth style.

I was a little unsure when she arrived but I now think my first Dream Sister is amazing (Uzuki Shimamura). She's a perfect little sister height for DDdy Towa. Plus her wig is much higher quality than Towa's. I'm not sure if other standard models have so-so wigs. I love Towa's bangs and the wig colour but the wig itself is quite thin, especially at the front.

As far as future dolls, I think I might settle to obtaining one every year. Having said that we didn't get one last year so I guess we're one behind.

My super grail is Super Dollfie Chii but it's unlikely I'll ever find her. We're also working on getting one of the girls to cosplay as her. A lesser grail would be Kagamine Rin but we're holding out for her eventual re-release. Kizuna would be a good second choice I guess - she's widely available but is likely to become highly popular in future.

We've failed the last 2 SD lotteries but we'll keep entering as it's kind of fun.

 Sailor Moon, Sailor Mercury, Sailor Mars, Sailor Jupter, Sailor Vênus, Tenjo Utena, Anthy Himemiya, Megurine Luka, Sakura Miku, Snow Miku, Kagamine Len, Kagamine Rin and if volks team up with Kurumada someday, everyone from Saint Seiya.

Sakura Shinguji, Rena (oh, if she were on a DDP...), and although I'll have to make her myself, Miyu from Vampire Princess Miyu.

I would rebody these onto DDS or a shorter Obitsu/AZO2, because old DD heads always look too small for their body. I love their slightly shy, melancholic look

Makoto Kikuchi

I have a soft spot for this character and luckily I like her DD version too! Well, except the wig - I would replace the wig with something nicer. She would make a fantastic sister for my DDH07.

Arle, Arle, Arle. I just missed a bid for her by like 15 dollars.

Rin and Len are a big want as well. I want the Miku outfit set, but I'm more interested in customizing my own head.

Kizuna Ai is also pretty dang cute.

I have only just started being interested in non-vocaloid related dollfies (aquired Yoko and that probably helped expedite things). Not into anime at all really, but my horizons are definitely being broadened in the last few months. Utena and Anthy are my current loves, I just love pink hair and Anthy's skintone is amazing. Luka Megurine is another huge ISO too, last vocaloid I don't have!!

I reallllyyyy really want to do a Dream Choice MDD as well as a DD/S boy!  I looove the look of Kaito's head, but the blue brows feel limiting as someone who wouldn't keep him assigned as the canon character - if he ever showed up for an amazing price though, I'd be sorely tempted.

I'm very happy that I was able to find my two biggest grails (Sailor Mercury and Kudryavka Noumi) but I'd love to own Sailor Venus and Rise Kujikawa as well. Rise in particular has such a beautiful sculpt and I'm a big Persona 4 fan!

I've had my eye on DD Fumika Sagisawa for a while. She's not particularly rare but her alternative outfit is annoyingly overpriced.

I've also wanted Haruka Amami for ages. She's not rare either.

We're in no particular hurry for either - maybe we'll acquire them if the autumn lineup of new Volks dolls disappoints. Also there are some Pureneemos to collect first over the summer. Haruka is amazing and she has two sisters releasing soon.

As far as grails go, Erica Sendo from Fortune Arterial would be a nice find however I don't know if it would be better to just acquire her outfit. She pops up from time to time and it's just a question of waiting for a decent condition one.

In the longer term I'd love to revisit Japan and of course check out Dream Choice. I'd say the most likely outcome would be to acquire a tan DDS.

Kizuna AI is awesome and was arrival #3 here.

I really really want Mio Akiyama (from K-ON) She was probably the first DD that made me really interested in getting a vinyl doll, tbh. Though part of me worries I won't like her as much if I can ever get my grubby little hands on her. (A fear I always have about everything, so I know it's silly.)

I also really want Kaito. I'm actually not the biggest Vocaloid fan but there's something about his little smile that brings me joy and he's just captivated me lol. I think I'm doomed.

Another one I'd really want is Anthy (Magical Girl Utena.) Again, not something I really enjoy but there's something about her that just captivates me and I'd love to add her to my collection one day if I'm ever so lucky!

And then, stupidly, it's not a doll but man do I love Miku's Red Riding Hood outfit. Maybe one day. I'm not even sure I'd ever actually use it so I've passed on it a handful of times (some before I even owned my DD) but each time I see it the yearning to own it grows more... lol

There's probably others I want too that I've forgotten about but off the top of my head it's just those three ! (Maybe some of the Sailor Moon dolls, but that's just my childhood talking lmao.)

Rin, another Saber Lily, OG Saber, 2 MDD bodies.

Arle, and some sort of Miku- I say some sort because I'm a bit sold on making my own Miku as I'm not a huge fan of the sculpt for my version of the character, and Gremlinbondd's Kizuna Ai sculpt for Miku inspired me. Kaito, Rin and Len, and MDD Marisa are wants too. I'd also love a DDB or DDSB in general, a mochiashi, and when it comes out, a chimikko! On the less pressing list: I think having a Momo head would be nice, and a Shin Sato and Iori.

Kizuna AI is super cute. Here she is as Hitori Gotoh. Incidentally I hope Volks make a Bocchi-chan. Maybe if they have a load of unsold Mio's guitars then they might release her.

Real life Kizuna AI is seemingly on the verge of a come back, so there could be renewed interest in her DDS. Maybe she'll even get a Volks reboot.

Top tier I need 9S and 2B but I also really want a tan MDD with the new open mouth dream choice head and a tan DD of the new more mature dream choice head. I'm hoping I'll come by 2B and 9S by chance when I have the money but I think I'm going to save for the two dream choice gals for next summer.

I would absolutely love to own Mariko Sensei and Rem because I think their face-ups are so precious! There are luckily a few Mariko DDs floating around so hopefully I will be able to snag one eventually. However, Rem is a whole other story. I hope to find her at a decent price or, at the very least, her head for a decent price. 😅

Some other dolls I would like are Melty, two DDBs for a future project, and a tan DD from dream choice with specifically the new DDH-31 option for the head!

The last time I posted in early 2020, I had a bunch of limited collab sculpts on my wishlist (and a totally different collection, tbh). One thing I've realized in the intervening years since is that I'm generally not big on collab dolls! I make exceptions on occasion, but I find them super intimidating on the whole, which has completely changed the way I look at my collection.

So here's my updated wishlist:

-SWS DD DDH-24

I really love the older dolls, especially the Lost Angels series. Marya would be a miracle doll. Her full set is wild! and there’s something wistful about her expression. Might have to settle for a 1/6 but maybe I’ll get lucky someday.

I’d really, really like to get myself 2 Dream Choices of a DDB and DDSB… But I could only afford it sometime next year, ‘cause money and all.

Also, it’s not really the doll but I’ve been searching for Miku’s Ribbon Girl outfit set, but they always seem to be snatched up right as I find it😭 I don’t even mind the ridiculous scalped price just let me have it omg…

I’d really like to buy Yuki one day.

Oh and OG Saber.

I'm utterly bewitched by DDH-31 and semi-white should be available in Dream Choice soon (If it isn't already) so I may be making some poor decisions here in a mo'...

Frieren, Alisaie, or Y'shtola are all girls I'd love to get my hands on finances permitting.
