Who is on your want list?

I bought a DDH-01 recently so that's out of my wishlist. I would love to get Kizuna Ai if my funds allow for another doll purchase this year. The rest of my wishlist are just DDB DC-H-16 and MDD DC-H12 in Tan skin. 

These aren't necessarily dolls I would want to have, but they're dolls I would love to paint if given the chance:

Right now my wish list is DDH11 and DDH18 both of which are DCoord exclusives. I have 3 different proxies looking for one or the other for me. I don't know if they're actually "looking for them" for me or not though, because I saw someone post photos of both of them at Akiba Doll Point last week. Now Doll Point is closed like almost a week for training - and Coronavirus is still really bad in Japan - so I might just have to wait awhile. I think part of my desire for one is how rare it is. 11 is more common now, but 18 is really rare I hardly ever see photos of 18 on Instagram. I like the round cheeks of 18. But I love everything about DDH11. I just saw an owner pic of DDH11 one day (a few weeks ago) and never really thought about it or looked at it before, but their DDH11 was so pretty that I became somewhat obsessed. I do like 15 too, but not as much as the other two. I think I'm drawn more to the other 2 because of the "big eye" look. I like shoujo anime and anything cute!

I also want DDH-21 - I'm actually tempted to buy her if my proxies can't find me a DDH11 or 18. There's 2 DDH11 on yahoo auctions but they have stains on the head - ugh. I don't mind if the body is stained - because clothes can cover it, but I don't want stains on the head... So I will be patient and wait it out. I keep checking there every day - I wonder why 11 and 18 are so rare when other Dcoord exclusives like 8 and 9 are on yahoo auctions all the time - I've been trying for an 09 too but only want to spend up to a certain amount for "just a head". There's some 09 on Etsy that I like too :). I'm hoping if they don't sell, they'll lower the price soon lol. I did find a 21 on auction that I'm bidding on, but I'm just "kicking tires". I can't probably afford it, if I also want either 11 or 18 still. So I'm sure I'll be outbid by the end of the auction. She's cute though. But I have my heart set on DDH-11. I'm sure the one from last week at Akiba Doll Point is probably gone now though. She was so cute. The DDH18 was cute too but it's with the more mature faceup that doesn't really appeal to me as much.

Surprisingly, I don't really want any limited edition dollfies like the characters volks puts out. I do have a mariko - but I never opened her outfit and wig and accessories. They're sealed still incase I ever want to sell her. I bought her for her open mouth. She's actually my favorite sculpt. But I like to dress all my girls in cute pastels and kawaii outfits. Mariko's outfit is lovely though. Honestly, I don't even know what anime or game she's from. But I knew I wanted her when I saw her face :). I was lucky to find her last year on auction for a decent price.

I guess if I did want to get into the character dollfie I'd want all the sailor moon ones because that's such a huge part of my childhood.

I like more the custom heads. Every head can look different when modded/painted by an artist. I have 3 different DDH-06 - it's one of my favorite sculpts - and 2 different DDH-22 - quickly becoming another favorite sculpt of mine. My next custom head that I commission will definitely be DDH-22 as chibiusa. I already bought a super expensive wig for her - so that's definitely in my plans before the end of the year too.

I currently have two wish list dolls. The first is Ryugasaki Momoko, based off of the main character from the movie Kamikaze Girls. I know my chances of ever having this doll are on the lower side because of how long ago she was released. (I have seen the doll up on mandarake, but she has no wig or clothes ;_;)

 

My second wish list doll is the Moitie 20th anniversary collab. I feel like my chances of finding this doll are quite a bit higher than Momoko, though! This collab was from 2019, not 2004 lol....

ddh-11 or ddh-15 I currently just don’t have the money to spend on getting a proxy and stuff 

I don't think I could handle all these girls, but Rin because I am taken in by her sweetness. Serra or 2B for a semi OG character I have, and an anime face doesn't seem to suit her, because she's kind of tsundere. I think I want to get a SD at some point just to try the resin side of things, so for her maybe Charlotte, like the one that was just sold on preorder *face palm*

My wishlist is already long and seems to be constantly expanding... but most of them tend to be available secondhand fairly regularly, or they're standards/dream choice. Right now, I'm mostly looking at (in no particular order):

- DD Lucy Maria Misora Dungeon Travelers Ver.

- DD B Kirito (I feel bad for my Asuna...)

- DDS B DCH-14 Semi-White

- DDdy DCH-09 Tan

- DDdy Sasara Kusugawa

and my grail 🥺 DD Yukino 2nd Ver. (I know she's just a DDH-03 but she's the first DD I fell in love with...)

I fell in love with Yukino too and Aoi I was a bit too late getting into this hobby.

I saw that a couple of days ago, I actually kind of want to get her and put her on a mochi ashi! Unfortunately I don't have any money for it right now haha, recently added a new girl to my collection. Thanks though! 😄

I do have both of those actually! I'll probably get her in the future, but it might be later this year or early next year when I do 😄 I'll be sure to post pictures when I do get her! Her and Liliru are my current priorities since they're easy to get.

My DDdy Towa wants a sister and we're of the opinion that a Dollfie Dream Sister is really what we need 😄.

Before I bought my first ever Dollfie (Towa), my other possibility was DDS Idolmaster Yuriko Nanao. I think she's gorgeous but I ultimately went for Towa because I liked the idea of getting a basic model I could buy my own outfits for (and I'm not keen on Yuriko's outfit).

If price and availability were no object then that's obvious - Chii from Chobits (though she's a Super Dollfie).

We do have our eye on a few but they are not cheap! I won't disclose our #1 choice (because she's rare and costly) but Haruhi Suzumiya is interesting as I visited Japan while she was at the height of her popularity. I'm not keen on her face though and of course she'd always be stealing Towa's outfits.

Ironically I only bought a Dollfie because I wanted a Miku doll, but I ended up not getting Miku, mostly because I really don't like Snow Miku (a heavily tanned Gal-type Miku would really rock my world). I've actually gone off Miku hair too - Towa's back to her beautiful default wig.

You shouldn't be afraid to buy a character doll and dress her in something different than their original outfit.
Just look at my Saber Naoko. She's worn her original Saber getup for a week before getting a different set of clothes. 😄

Fingers crossed! Angelden (or what remains from it) says that this mold was then later rereleased with another name (Rose/Bianca?), so if you would be looking for something newer and customizing, there are more options. (16 year old clothes and wig would be quite old after all)

And even more luck to you for Moitie collab, I think only 31 were made?

Towa is so cute! Although I prefer Karin for myself if I am to be honest (to be checked out and maybe bought when I finally go to Japan...)

My resin wishlist is very long, but I recently was scrolling through a mold list of Volks DDs and was reminded of Kaede Takagaki. I had no budget for her when she was released and I have found her on mandarake for 180000 yen I think... I guess I will settle for DDH09 for now.

I could be wrong since I don't have her, but can anyone else chime in? I thought the student version was SWS since WS was already being phased out.

I went to the website and it said student version is semi white skin thank you for telling me

2b and 9s are my grail dolls but I can't afford to pay over 1k for each of them so im always searching around for em. Really hoping for volks to resell mash kyrielight during an event, she is adorable!

I got some pics of a tan 16-01 here

No 02 though.  Eventually I want to have a boy in every size and skin tone - right now I have a semi white DDB with a custom head and a flesh DDB with DCH-14 M-02.  (Though I think I may swap him to DDSB and put a DCH-16 M-01 on that body in the future...)

Before I leave Japan I want to get a Tan DDSB with DCH-16 and M-04 bc I really liked how that looked here.

Len is also on my wishlist but I’ve resolved to only buy him if there’s a reboot or they release some back stock.  I’d really like a reboot for the latest body but from what I’ve gathered his sales had issues and he stayed in stock for a while so... fingers crossed I guess.
