Volks Japan Dollfie store down?

Hi everyone! I do hope that is the appropriate place to post this! I haven’t seen it posted elsewhere but thought I may as well ask since I’m a tad worried as the Volks Japan SD/DD store won’t load for me at all (I’m in Australia so use the JP store).
I have at least one DD pre-ordered and paid in full for plus a bunch of items that I’ve been waiting to purchase so it’s worrying me a bit, I’m concerned I got banned or something for some reason I’m not aware of, lol. When I try one of those websites that tell you whether a website is up or not, they’re telling me the site is up. 

Anyone have any clue as to what might be going on? Tried all the usual cookie clearing, etc. Ahh~! 😭

Edit: I tried using a proxy and the site loads then? My orders are all still active and my account is in no way banned. Hopefully it’s just some odd error. I wouldn’t mind so much if I hadn’t already given them a grand ($AUD) for Alisae, ehehe.

Additional information.

As of now the site is up for me, also from an AU IP. 
But weirdly my sister had a similar sounding issue with amiami recently, could not access the site at all and messaged me to ask if it was loading for me (it was). She then found out it was some weirdness related to Optus and had to change the DNS server. I don’t know if this is the same kind of thing, but it made me remember it. I just asked her about it and she sent me the reddit screencap that helped her.

I don’t know if you’re with Optus or if this will help but it’s something to try.

Thanks Monty! Apologies for the delayed response, I missed the notification… doh! And another massive, massive THANK YOU because it seems this is very much related to the issue. My ISP is supposed to be using Telstra but on using my phone off wifi (which is also on a Telstra network, lol), I could access the site just fine. I should have tried this before, lol. I’m so relieved that I’m not banned from the store since I can access all other Volks website which had me worrying big time, lol. Time to fix it up and uh, spend some money… 😅

Geez, I even emailed Volks over this. No wonder they haven’t replied yet, lmao. 

I’m glad that was it! It’s lucky my sister had a similar issue with amiami because otherwise I would have been just as stumped 😅 good to know Telstra can do a similar thing though - I use them although it hasn’t happened to me yet.
