amiamitchi Posted August 18, 2024 not sure if it's been shared already but has anybody switched out their jenny's body for an obitsu or other 1/6th body? my jennys are meant to be sitting down to show off their outfits but i'm too scared to pose them since they have that seamless flexible body. u__u i was thinking of getting a 26/27cm obitsu body so i'm curious if anybody has made the switch! i'll attach photos of my girls and a reference photo from this article on the brand for a better idea of the sitting poses i'm trying to achieve. meteorite Posted August 18, 2024 I've seen Licca rebodied to Obitsu 22, so it should be possible to rebody Jenny to 24/26 as they have the same neck mechanisms. The new Obitsu bodies are very flexible and will definitely be able to do the pose in the model photo. Sasami and Ayeka TAKARA Dolls are based around Jenny and Licca bodies... and their Anime Headsculpts were reused by TAKARA for at least a couple Jenny/Licca variants... as well as at least a few early AZONE dolls into the 2000's. that said; i moved my pair of TAKARA TM!
