Can a MDD Torso Fit an Angel Philia?

I'm curious if an MDD torso would fit on an angel philia and if anyone had any pictures as to how that might look? I'm aware MDD are shorter than AP's but I'm not sure how their torso's compare. Also are their any dolls who might be compatible with a MDD torso?

The only compatible size ( with a MDD) is the obitsu 40 cm and 45 cm. AP' s are 50 cm also there are a in between size. 

AP are obitsu48 at the core (49 with high heel feet XD), only VMF50 were... 50cm. This doesn't change the result, alas.

If you like the AP aesthetic but want it on a shorter character, it'd be a lot easier to start from the Parabox 40 or Azone 45. I used to have a hybrid where I swapped the Azone 45's torso (both parts) to an AP-H2 and AP-C respectively while retaining the arms + legs, and it looked pretty great.
