Splatoon ob11 face-ups help

So I'm sure you can guess by the title, but I'm struggling to find an artist to do face-ups. examples are shown below. (at least, I don't have access to taobao nor xianyu so I can't really speak with them, and will be unable to do so due to lack of passport). I was thinking of using a proxy instead (like superbuy) but every artists i looked into either has it closed, wanted the face plates to be shipped to them, or they just don't do it anymore.

 

I'm not sure where else I could do or find out more about it. (I did do some face-ups on my own but I'm not liking my final results tbh) ^^;; I don't really mind the costs either.
