Actually, there's this book at my library that I've checked out once or twice, that shows you exactly how to make dresses just like that for dolls, and how to scale it to their size. n_n And I've actually kinda decided on this one from Luts already. I've looked around at Leeke though. If I can get more pictures of what the Natural Black looks like from Leeke I'll get one from there.
