I find it interesting that Rise is available through Volks, KL, and WLD but Sakuya was only available thru Volks. Based on how they sold out at Dolpa, Rise was the most popular. Lulu Posted May 10, 2012 yey! as someone already posted, the International lottery starts at 5pm japan time 18th may and lasts until 10am (i think) 22nd may. Also they will accept orders for Tenshi no Sumika items from 11am on the 26th May. Hopefully I will have recovered my poor bank account enough by then to enter the lottery without a problem! But I dunno, maybe it's cause I love her P4 character so much -- but I just can't see her as anyone but Rise, so other outfits and such look weird to me. ^__^ Except for the first image of the grey wavy wig on her-- that was very nicely done. I might be misunderstanding a part of something and I appreciate any corrections. Lottery Timeline: USA Lottery = USA/Canada/Mexico only - 2 weeks before international lottery Overseas lottery = Everyone in the world, right before After Event (not sure if Japan is allowed since it's before the Japan lottery) Japan lottery = I believe it's Japan only, starts day after overseas lottery Korea Lottery = Korea Only, many months after the Dolpa (they had the Dolpa 26 lottery in March if I'm reading the site right) After event is for everyone.
