dreamcore Posted May 23, 2012 I was able to change addresses on another person's win before, but this time the system did not let me. Anything charged to your credit card (no matter how the silly store puts in the transaction) should not be pulling money out of your bank account. In fact, credit cards aren't tied to bank accounts at all. Your bank may issue you a credit card, but it'll be considered a separate account all on its own. All charges should be added to your balance, and as long as you are underneath your credit limit, you'll be fine. Unless you're mistaking a true debit card for a credit card...? A lot of US bank issued debit cards have Mastercard/Visa logos on them, and numbers/expiration dates that make them look like a credit card.
