Thank you very much! After doing the modification to her ears, they are VERY easy to pose and she can show off emotions way better than before. I'm glad you noticed. The trashcan totally threw us both off! But the goodness inside was great. We all enjoyed the candy!

Aw! I had to laugh when I saw her ears droop after you pointed out it looked like a trash can. XD Still, she's quite cute wearing the rainbow hoodie and holding the eggs.

 

As for the trash can, Manami needs a place to put all those beer and soda cans, and cookie and candy wrappers. I hope the lid's heavy though, otherwise I expect the Powah Pig and/or Humpadink may find it tempting.

I didn't know you'd switched the ears to magnets, but it's a great solution. Frankly I don't know why Volks didn't mount them that way to begin with; if magnets can hold those giant, heavy Soom fantasy parts like solid resin horns they can certainly hold a small pair of faux fur ears!

She is extra adorable in that outfit!!! Plus that is so awesome how great the magnets help give more to her expressions now. I felt so sad seeing her little ears pinned down when she thought she just got a trash can as a gift. I wanted to reach out give her a hug! =3

Thank you so much everyone for the kind words about Mashiro and her new stuff! Mitsuki is indeed an excellent gift giver. She always seems to know exactly what we need. How she knew we needed a trashcan I'll never know...

 

The hoodie is from Nightfall and it's awesome. It can fit any sized girl even zipped up so it's quite nice to have around. And the colors are great too, very bright and cheery!

 

I had never thought of magnets before it was mentioned during a local doll meetup. I *hated* the Volks ribbon they used to be on, it was soooo stupid. It never seemed to fit right and it was incredibly hard to hide in photos. So doing magnets was an ideal way to get what I wanted.

 

As for the silly cats, they seem to like being around in photos now. Lenny doesnt really care but Squiggy used to bolt whenever I brought out the camera. I'm happy so many like seeing those two goofballs.

 

And to scripple.... no, Mitsuki did NOT send us her trash. If THIS stuff is what she considers trash tho, I'm all for her sending more! And there were NO cookies this time around. Manami was having her hair done by Mamimi when this package came in and since she didn't smell cookies, she didn't seem to notice it was from Mitsuki.

The little trashcan was sent to me by my mom who thought it would be fun for DD photo stories. Since Billy always has such fun stories to share with us, I had to send it to him.

 

And there were NO cookies this time around. Manami was having her hair done by Mamimi when this package came in and since she didn't smell cookies, she didn't seem to notice it was from Mitsuki.

 

We had a short summery spell that was less conducive for cookie baking. Now it is back to being rather chilly again. I sent candies though at least.

Ooooo isn't that jacket from Nightfall or something? I remember seeing it and really wanting it :3 Mashiro got some really nice stuff.
