Reliving the fun of last year~

They aren't technically new arrivals but I thought it'd be fun to share my videos with everyone from when I got my Saber Lily (March 17) and Alna White Christmas (May 27).

 

Back story on Saber Lily: I was lucky enough to win her via the lotto for Volks USA through one of my friends (Bob) that had entered as an extra for me. After he got her and made sure everything was right with her (he opened her up over Skype so I could see) he packed her up with an extra surprise and sent her on up. I was too impatient to wait from the FedEx depot to get home so we stopped in at my parents.

 

Saber:

 

Back story on Alna: Sam knew I'd really liked her and had been pining for her so he, along with my friends Ken, Liz, and Bob hatched a plan! When I'd mentioned that the Volks USA store still had some in stock Sam had Bob call them and order one which he brought with him when he came up to visit us for Anime North 2011. I had no idea, but they were sweating bullets when Bob's luggage was put on a later flight than he was!!! Luckily she made it all in one piece she just took a day longer to arrive!

 

Alna:

(Good timing, I need something to occupy me when I'm waiting for test renders to finish! )

 

Those were both adorable. Your dance before putting Lily's box on the counter was cute. But the second one, oh the Lols to be had! XD You sounded like you were totally in denial about having Alna, at least till he handed you the figure too. But the best part? "Of course it's a boob, she's got lots of them!" Like she's some sort of Eldricht monster composed entirely of breasts.

Those videos were so cute! I love that little dance with Saber Lily, Ryan does the *EXACT* same dance when he get excited about stuff too. ^^

Sorry I don't have more, a lot of my girls came in pieces to me. But I really enjoyed these two openings because both were so special. I dug them out and uploaded them since I saw bethykins' video of her opening up her giant box filled with Sakuno and loot!

 

Anouc: You can do box openings without fullset dolls! ^_~

 

Poof: She really does seem like all boobs because hers are so big and in your face, plus the way she was sitting in the box one was staring at me through one of the circle windows. XD
