Wonder Frogs :D

Is any one familiar with Wanda or Wonder Frogs? They are all the rage in Japan and I recently found out that the Japanese online store now sells overseas. I purchased 2 and am currently awaiting thier arrival. So excited. I think they are so cute. Here is a photo! Now I just have to find clothes!!!!

I've seen some of these in the photo galleries of Blythe collectors; I think they can wear the same clothing. They're pretty cute~

Milkytea~ I read they can wear some Blythe Clothes, Odeco Chan/Nikki clothes too. They look so cute in those knitted dresses. They can wear all Blythe shoes though.

Okay, I spent all yesterday looking at them. I convinced my sister that we needed Wonder Frogs, and we bought 4 of them to share (we live together). Now I have to knit them tiny little clothes.

LOL! That was me on Sunday!!! They can wear Blythe shoes perfectly. I just received my first two frogs today. I am dying they are so cute!!!! I wish I knew how to knit/crochet. Which colors did you get???? I have no clothes yet but I ordered two little dresses off eBay and some engineer boots!

We got the green "Wanda" one, the blue-green one that came with pink shoes, the purple one and the glow in the dark orange one. At least I think it's glow in the dark, I presume it's not "grow in the dark" as it said on the website, ha ha.

 

I've also been looking on Etsy, and man, there are some cute clothes there. I guess I should look at Blythe shoes! As to clothes, it looks like they fit Lati Yellow clothes and Blythe Middie clothes (though I know nothing about either of these dolls). Anything else that fits?

Ahhh...lucky you!!! They do have great stuff on Etsy. I plan to buy from there as well. I am not sure the dresses I got are going to fit now.. I only know of what you have mentioned....I will keep researching. I like the blue green one with pink shoes...so cute!!! I am waiting on my green one now!!!

Now I just have to wait for them to arrive, and maybe start knitting . . .

 

Do they have staining issues, like DDs?

Shipping is lightning speed. They will be there before you know it. I just ordered two Lati Yellow dresses off eBay...hopefully these will be okay. I believe they don't stain...the plastic is super different than DD's. I am in shock how little the "little frogs" are. Too cute!!!

Replying to myself to say that I just bought another one. I must be frog-crazy.

 

My sister and I hadn't noticed before that Alicia Windy, the one that comes with the carrot-bunny costume, spins her own yarn from wool. My sister spins her own yarn from wool, too! It's destiny! So we had to get her.

 

Muah ha ha. One day I will command a Wonder Frog army . . .

I think I will be getting that Carrot one as well, I found myself staring at her again today!!! LOL
