I will be moving to Japan in August for University, I'm super excited! ^^ I've been admiring dollfie dreams for about 3 years now...and I have finally saved up enough to get one! I just purchased her on Mandarake, and I really hope she'll be in stock! ;_; I will let everyone know!! Please don't be afraid to talk to me, I love meeting new people! (I'm going to jump and assume Asuka?) Last fall when I was in Japan with my friends, 4 of them went to see The GazettE's live in Tokyo. To avoid lookingi like noobs, they practiced the furi moves to tons of songs for 3 weeks leading up to the live so that they'd know the moves. They got front row seats in the lottery, and were smack in front of Aoi! I'm not joking - like 4 feet away. Ok, I'm rambling now... Nice to meet you! Looking forward to seeing your pics soon!! I kinda don't like the face that Volks gave her. ;3; She is definitely on my wish list though!~ I purchased DD Neris! I'm waiting for a payment request from their Osaka branch, it's been two days already. (impatient) Hope they didn't forget about me ;_; Oooooh really?!~ Was that part of the VENOMOUS CELL live? Looool they practiced the furi?! That's pretty beast. xD Waaaah front row with the heresy lottery...they're really lucky!!<3<3 o___o I've been to two GazettE lives, Tokyo Dome and 10th anniversary. Ruki is my favorite, and for the 10th anniversary I got to be right up front near him! ;u; It's always nice to hear about more GazettE fans!~ Thank you, nice to meet you too! If you haven't heard back from Mandarake yet, send them an email detailing what you bought with a link to the page she is on. Sometimes a little email will kick start them into the process. And that's cool that you're into cosplay, we have some really good cosplayers here already. Feel free to poke around and ask questions, we're a friendly lot for the most part. They both have lovely head sculpts but people were put off by their creepy eyes >__<" PlasticFantastic recently adopted a DD Asuka and was of the same opinion as you - that her default faceup wasn't all that great. I laughed so hard when I saw pics of the t-shirts that said "Venomous Smell" on them!! Oh Japrish...! One of our friends lives in Japan and is a huge fan too! She went to 2 other of the Venomous Cell tour lives that week before meeting up with us in Tokyo to fill our group in on what songs they performed, and what the furi moves were. She was so worried because since there were going to be 4 of them in the front row, they'd look like "dead fish in the water" if they just stood there the whole concert. and also people behind you look at you to see what furi moves you're doing, so there was even more pressure! She made training videos for them to practice and my sister and her friends bootcamped the moves at home before we met up in Tokyo! I like their music as a casual fan, but I'm not nearly hardcore enough to bootcamp! If you're curious, there was a photo taken of the live and you can actually see my sister and her friends in it.
