finnleo Posted January 27, 2014 Did some more shoe-string budget light tests with figures awhile back: "Team rubble" combining the muv-luv alternative, and Evangelion figures I have from kotobukiya with a rubble type bases: figures002 Was shot with a 10 second exposure and moving the very dim light around for a more wide light effect. Secondly, a Merry Nightmare: figures000 Using the same led light strips I had with the valkyrie photos. Three strip units on the left, and two on the right to balance it out a little. I like your black light box, does a really good job of highlighting the figure in the shot. Your earlier shots with the fighter jets using the LED strips looks amazing. Oshino's whole mentality was about making puns and word games out of everything, so it was always a fun gag for me. Its actually not a box, just a sheet of satin on a table, and a velvet backdrop, and a huge parasol light up front, and some background light from the side. I think the steam is starting to run out of both Strike witches, and the AGP-figures... atleast I think they didnt complete the Infinite Stratos set either. and only a couple of Gundam girls came out (I really would have wanted a Freedom-girl) Awesome picture finnleo !
