Clothes, what fits?

Hi!

I'm sorry if this is a totally dumb question but I read on DOA that sometimes clothes for SD will fit DD and somtimes they won't. So, as a total newbie, I'm kind of lost . I saw many nice clothes on nine9style but they are meant for SD 13 girls and I'm afraid it won't fit my DD. Did someone already try this brand of clothes on DD?

I think most Nine9 Style clothes fit DDs, but always remove the red labels from the clothing as it stains.

For Volks SD items, they'll fit best if you have a Dynamite body. SD items tend to be quite loose in the waist area on all other DDs. They also can sometimes be a bit loose in the chest area too.

 

I've found dresses that aren't supposed to be tight fitting are fine. Same with top/skirt sets that aren't supposed to be tight fitting, you just need the top to cover the top bit of the skirt or else you'll be able to see the fact that the skirt is just barely hanging onto your doll's hips.
