Doll Party 27 Part 2 - Dealer's Room (1/2)

Continuing my posts of pictures from Doll Party 27. This time, I'm going to focus on the dealers. There were ~400 vendors signed up to sell at the Dolpa. What you'll see here is again mostly DD centric but I did grab some others that had nice displays or that otherwise caught my attention.

Was quite tempted by several of these weapons. Did end up buying a knife from them.

The dealers are really amazing~ They're so talented! The weapons seemed very cool; I'm not surprised you couldn't resist something. n_n

@milkytea: The white sword was really cool but pretty expensive. The mace was very tempting, but passed mainly due to space.

Who knows though? Maybe she got kicked out for her lack of clothing! That, or this group is kept more disciplined by their host!

 

So. Much. Awesome. STUFF. Oh, damn. If I ever get my butt to Japan I'm going to go to a Dolpa, this makes it a certainty. I'll just have to remember to save up a ton to fortify my wallet for the Dolpa siege! Seriously, I wish we could annotate here so I could highlight all the stuff I either would want to buy or that looks like it'd be fun to make. XD

Oh wow that blue wedding type dress that Saber Alter has on is gorgeous! I really love the style and look of all the dresses that appear to be from that same dealer.

 

Looks like so many awesome things, if I was able to go to something like that I would end up having to sell all my unnecessary organs to fund the spending spree I would have. XD

I would be so at home at a Doll Show And I would need to bring a set amount of money because if I had an unlimited amount I would just run rampant with all the spending I would do ^^;;; But this is great to know! I was wondering if there was a dealer's hall at the Dolpa or just official Volks stuff so this answered my curiosity! Thanks so much kymaera!

Sheesh! That is one huge load of Doll stuff! So many cute girls in there too. I agree with DA that the Saber int he blue wedding dress was way awesome. Also, some of those weapons were too damn cool! I would have loved that huge scythe! Can you imagine Rei with that monster? LOL

There were some very reasonably priced goods if you kept your eyes peeled, but a lot of the dealers were very expensive. @_@

 

Despite bringing a lot of cash with me, I ended up holding on to more of it than I thought I would.

Haha! It was more because I had a hard time finding outfits that I liked at prices I thought were reasonable. Your addiction to shoes definitely helped you with your epic loot-getting!!!!!!

Some of the items were pretty expensive, but I found things that I thought had a decent price for how much I wanted them.

 

I'd actually made two passes around the dealers. The first one, I was doing pure shopping and grabbing the items that really popped out at me. The second one, I was taking pictures and buying things that I had missed on the first pass due to trying to move at a decent pace to see things before they sold out, people being in the way, etc.
