Doll Party 27 Part 4 - Individuals

The final set of pictures were those of individuals who brought their Dollfies to show off. It appears that for a fee, you could reserve tables to do so. So, a lot of people/groups did so. Here are a few of them.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I love the Nanoha characters in general, so this was easily my favorite group.

So, that's all the pictures that I took that turned out halfway decent. Had a good time at the Dolpa and hope everyone can see why.

I know, I agree! I don't know why it didn't occur to me before, actually; the one Sasara I've met in person is always so grumpy.

 

I have to agree with you, Kymaera, that Nanoha group does take the cake, because they *all* rock so much. Though Godoka was pretty impressive. I want to know how they did the wings on her feet in particular, because my Nanoha *needs* her flyer fins!

 

It's also awesome that you got to see Archangeli's Kos-Mos in person. ^_^

So many amazing looking girls. The costumes are really spectacular.

There are just so many awesome girls and outfits here, it's hard to say anything on any in particular. I did see some familiar DD's tho. I know I saw the two Mio girls from FFM there, Aura and Sora and their little MDD sister. KOS-MOS also looked *kind* of familiar.

 

So many Madoka girls there, it seems that show is seriously popular still.

There was a ton of Madoka merchandise everywhere that I went, so yes, it's still seriously popular.

 

What I would rank #1, though, is One Piece. Stuff for it was EVERYWHERE! I think the economy of Japan might take a dip after it ends

Wow! Really interesting and lovely assortment of dolls. I am glad you posted a picture of the blue maids dress from previous Dolpa. I have been on the fence about it, but now I want it after seeing your photos!!!!!

The tables were SO expensive to rent >___<" Hubby really wanted to show KOS-MOS off so we sucked it up. I think if the tables were free they would have all been taken right away.

 

I have the memory of a goldfish so I'll have to ask hubby again what the exact price was. I think it was 3000 yen for the one I was at - and it was considered the "half" table. It came handy for us to sit and rest our feet, and as a place to gather and chat. (Although every time I came back people had left their food, garbage and whatnot all over the table... I was less than impressed with that >__>" )

If the "half" was 3000 yen, I guess the full was 6000 yen or more then. Though, from what I saw, most of them were shared by multiple people, so would've probably worked out to less per person. There were five of you, iirc. 600 yen each for a place to sit for the day isn't that bad a deal at all. Too bad that people weren't more considerate of your space

 

Between space being at a premium and the forecast calling for rain when I left, I decided that bringing one of mine probably wasn't a good idea. Though, would've been nice simply for the photo spaces and other things.

Wow! So many cool DDs! It's hard to pick a favorite, but Signum and Vita are especially cool. And KOS-MOS too!
