Lovely Doll?

I must say judging from the sample images, I'm pretty impressed by their range of motion. Danny really likes them too and thinks we should buy one because the body is hot! XD (he's not wrong mind you)

 

I just wondered if anyone knew anything about them? It's the first time I've seen these, I know Arte Tokyo (spelling?) we're selling silicone bodies which were DD compatible, but I've not seen these before. I've always been curious about silicone joint-less bodies so this has perked my interest once more.

But no one said they had one. I heard that Peach Pai take bit of maintenance but I don't know how hard they are to keep up. So I can imagine that silicon part maintenance would extend to whole silicon bodies too.

 

They look really nice and have an articulated hand option which also sounds nice. I wonder how easy they are to pose.

What I do know about them is that you have to be careful with the fingers, because if you bend them too much the wires in them might snap. It's something Tokyo Doll mentions on their page about them. ^^

Thanks for the video misskale! It was interesting to see them do all the different poses with the body (they looked so nice!). But I'm wondering just how long one of these bodies will last over time. Since there is no internal skeleton it would be wire on the inside (just like the Arte Tokyo now called Tokyo Doll). And I've heard with those you have to be careful because too much use will cause the wires on the inside to break and poke out of the body. Plus like Mitsuki said since they are made of silicone there would be a lot of care needed just like for the peach pai products.

 

Also the price! I went to the website and just the body alone costs $498. For blushing it is an additional $60 and another $75 to make the fingers moveable. For that price you could buy a complete Aoi or Yukino. As curious as I am the price really discourages me :/ If it were closer to the price of a base body from Volks then maybe I would venture a try... maybe ^^;;;

 

Though this kind of body is definitely nice for those who want a seamless body in their pictures with no joints showing or anything. It's also great that they verify that their normal color matches with DD normal color (same with their white colored bodies). And they also offer all bust sizes So there are definitely pros & cons to owning one of these bodies. It would be great if anyone here who owned one could tell us more :3

Wow~ I really like this body. It is so cool, and it seems like it would make for tons of awesome posing that I just can't do with the DD body. I might save up and get one, if they're still around by the time I have that kind of money. Haha.

I wonder if you could put heads from this company onto DD bodies. xD That would be pretty interesting too. squishy cheeks~
