HollowAtaraxia: how it got lost during transit? If you got it from Volks, did you receive a tracking number? even if it was second hand, EMS has tracking number (I would never buy a doll without EMS). EMS is insured and there's no way the doll could have gotten lost if the tracking shows where it is...unless the tracking showed no information, you can contact the post office and/or Volks. The post office can refund the money if the lost was their fault, you just have to make many calls and demand for your package. In your place, I would have contacted Volks or the seller, and demand a refund for lost items. Paypal also refunds your money if you never receive the item.
