difference between the heads?

anyone tell me what is the huge difference of these two heads?

The first one has eye holes, the second one does not. You can paint eyes onto the second one, or modify the shape of the eyes by cutting them out yourself.

The diffrence between the open-eyes and closed-eyes is that with the open-eyed model, you buy diffrent eyes for them (the majority of the DDs on this fourm are open-eyes) with the closed eyes you can buy decals/ paint the eyes on, but you can't change them unless you change the whole face-up.
