Tieren Posted June 1, 2012 When my DD eventually gets better she'll have two new sisters to keep her company. Some of you probably saw the twins Moko and Moko looking for a new home on figure.fm. Given the shipping was within Canada (within Ontario even!) I didn't want to pass up the opportunity to affordably grow my family. They aren't DDs, but (from what I've seen) they do look great in pictures with them. Also, unless I come across a good deal on a MDD, I'm not really ready to adopt another 1/3 dollfie yet. I haven't had a chance to move them in yet, right now the rest of their stuff is still packed, but I should have some time this weekend to see what they can do. For example I tried but could not get them to hold hands in the above photo. I need to take time to see where all their joints are. The seller cgivisionary was super-helpful and communicative and sent along tons of cute clothes and props, like their stuffed animals. I'm going to rename the red-haired Moko to Miki, because I think it suits her, and it will make photo stories a bit easier. Taking photos of them is a bit trickier than with my DD. Their hair is extremely reflective. They are just as adorable in person as in the photos. However they do like to climb. Every time I turn my back they've climbed onto something else. And they work together, scaling heights that just one of them wouldn't be able to do alone. I bought an extra box of small bandaids yesterday just in case. cgivisionary Posted June 1, 2012 Awwwwww! Hi girls! I hope you like your new home. Daddy's very sorry he had to give you two girls up for adoption. But, you know why. Enjoy the girls Tieren! Yes, they are quite mischievous and always up to and into things when you least expect them to be.
baldylox Posted June 2, 2012 Awwww! I'm sorry that CGI had to let these two go but at least they have gone to a good home. Those two are so cute together! I'm glad they were able to stay together too, the adorable factor styas higher in multiples. Congrats on these two new ones! Billy I gave up counting the girls I own, they keep multiplying and won't stop.
Tieren Posted June 2, 2012 A couple more photos. Really fun to pose. A bit frustrating to dress. And I agree they do go well together. newsisters4 by TierenDD, on Flickr dayoutfit5 by TierenDD, on Flickr
